The general problem of computer abuse, encompassing various types of incidents including hacking, viruses, fraud, sabotage and theft across a number of industries or sectors including government, healthcare, banking, retail, and education.
According to Stewart (2006), hacking is the accessing of a computer system without the permission of the owner of that system.
In another word, HACKING is meant to use a computer to gain unauthorised access to data in a system.
Originally, in a legal system, the practice of hack is difficult to prove because many hackers do not cause the actual damage. Normally, they would simply enter the system, leave proof of their cunning and skill and exit.
